Multi-Day Self Guided Rentals:

• Rental pick up Options:

Tuesday thru Saturday: 10:00am, at our Base Camp location by reservation only, please.

Sunday: 11:00 & upon request

Shuttle pickup is Unavailable for Self Guided rentals.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled rental pickup time, for check-in.

The Tour time doesn’t start until you drive out of Base Camp.

• Self-Guided, Non-Select Member must have Valid Drivers license and be 25 years of age or older.
• Self-Guided, Non-Select Member: Must provide a credit card for the temporary Damage Deductible Vehicle Insurance hold at check-in.$1,500 hold/deposit for 3 seater & $3,000 for 4 seater.
• Self Guided Select Member: Premium Damage Deductible Vehicle Insurance is included with every reservation. That limits any out of pocket expenses to $1,500, for either RZR capacity.

Important – Necessary – NAVIGATIONAL TOOL:

🧭Please download the Free Polaris Ride Command App listed below, PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, with a Wifi Connection, to assist with navigating the terrain, and to save time at check-in.

• Suggested: Please bring blankets, for warmth or a picnic, food, & water to stay hydrated no matter the season or time of year. Small umbrella/s, & items for protection from the sun, cold, and outdoor elements.
• Ice chests/Coolers and Ice are UNAVAILABLE at Base Camp.

Note: Required at Check out – $150 Recovery fee, when leaving the Vehicle abandoned.

Late Returns will incur a late fee of:

• $60 for 15 minutes or more late on return 
• $125 for 1 hour or more late on return 
• Full Day Rental Cost for 2 hours or more late on return.
