Passengers must be old enough to sit in the seat with their feet flat on the floor, back flush to the seat and be able reach the bar in front of them! Size is the concern for safety.

Late returns on vehicles will result in the following charges:
- 15 minutes or more late on return: $60
- 1 hour or more late on return: $125
- 2 hours or more late on return: Full Day Rental Cost

You will be notified of your exact pick up time the evening before your tour. Please be on time. Other guests will be waiting on you, if you don’t see your hotel meet us at one listed above and at the end of the day we will take you back to the hotel you are staying at.
What We Provide:
- A full-face helmet with built in communications will be provided for Guided Tours.
- Off-Road Helmet and goggles are provided for Self Guided Rentals.
- Water and Light snack is provided for Guided Tours.
What Do I need to Bring With me?
It is recommended that riders wear long pants, long-sleeved shirts and closed-toe shoes, however during warmer months shorts and tees are acceptable. Backpacks can be helpful to stow loose items, sunscreen, sunglasses and your camera to capture the epic moments. For Self Guided Rentals, it is advised to bring water and snacks for your adventure.
Cancellation Policy
We operate rain or shine. We offer a full refund if cancellation is 72 hours prior to tour date.
If you reserve 2 or more vehicles it will be considered a group and will require 72 hours notice, anything less will result in refund via gift card.
Damage Policy
We know accidents happen, so we offer two programs to minimize the cost to you.
Included Protection: Included in the cost of your Self-Guided Rental or Guided Tours is a damage waiver that minimizes your out of pocket damage cost to $3000, even if the damage exceeds that amount.
Premier Protection: Included with our Guided Tours, and for a nominal fee of $50, it can also be added to your Self-Guided Rental. This optional add-on reduces your out-of-pocket maximum for any damages to just $1500.
