How old do drivers need to be?

Must be 18 years of age or older with valid drivers license for Guided Tours and 25 for Unguided Rentals

Passengers must be old enough to sit in the seat with their feet flat on the floor, back flush to the seat and be able reach the bar in front of them! Size is the concern for safety.

The short answer is yes. You will be operating an off-road vehicle in a dirt environment

Late returns on vehicles will result in the following charges:

  • 15 minutes or more late on return: $60
  • 1 hour or more late on return: $125
  • 2 hours or more late on return: Full Day Rental Cost

You will be notified of your exact pick up time the evening before your tour. Please be on time. Other guests will be waiting on you, if you don’t see your hotel meet us at one listed above and at the end of the day we will take you back to the hotel you are staying at.

* For Self-Guided Tours with groups of 6 or more, we can accommodate pick up from any of the above locations for an additional fee, for more information please contact us.* 🙂

What We Provide:

  • A full-face helmet with radio communications will be provided for Guided Tours.
  • ​Off-Road Helmet and goggles are provided for Self Guided Rentals. 
  • Water & Light snack is provided for Guided Tours.

What Do I need to Bring With me?

  • It is recommended that riders wear long pants, long-sleeved shirts and closed-toe shoes, however during warmer months shorts and tees are acceptable. Backpacks can be helpful to stow loose items, sunscreen, sunglasses and your camera to capture the epic moments.
  • For Self Guided Rentals, it is strongly advised to bring a substantial amount of water, food/snacks for your adventure.

Weather & Cancellation Policy

  • Our tours operate rain or shine unless otherwise noted due to extreme desert flooding or heat.
  • If you reserved one vehicle, you may cancel for a full refund with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled tour date. 
  • If you reserve multiple vehicles it will be considered a group & will require 7 days notice prior to your scheduled tour date, anything less will result in refund via gift card, or you can reschedule for a future date & with no additional fees.
  • Group/Multiple Vehicles: defined as any booking of two or more vehicles.
  • No-shows:
    No-shows will be charged the full price of the tour/rental. Last Minute cancellations will be charged the full price of the tour/rental, also.

Damage Policy

  • We know accidents happen, so we offer two programs to minimize the cost to you.
    Included Protection: All Guided Tours  include   vehicle damage insurance  that minimizes your out of pocket damage cost by 50% to $1,500 max., even if the damage exceeds that amount.
  • Self Guided Rental Protection:  Required at check-out for all Self Guided Rentals is a nominal fee of $50. This reduces your out-of-pocket maximum for any damages by 50% to just $1500.
