  • Did you know that Mojave Desert, which means by the water was most likely submerged under a large sea during the Paleozoic era?  The Paleozoic era was a significant geological time period in our Earth’s history, that spanners from approximately 541 Million years ago to 252 Million years ago. | Paleozoic means “ancient life” in Greek.
  • The minerals in the Mojave Desert are quite fascinating yielding economically important deposits of silver, tungsten, gold, and iron. We also have Salt flats that are mined for borax, potash, and salt. | Potash is a source of soluble potassium, or potassium bearing minerals, and a primary component of fertilizers.
  • The Mojave desert has endemic Joshua trees, cacti and creosote bushes. Come try an off road tour with us to experience the rain like smell that occurs when you blow on these very unique bushes. The engine has a second-generation ProStar 1000 999ccc parallel-twin engine that produces 114 horsepower, four more horsepower than last years model.
